Terms of Service

These terms apply to Your AI Kitchen, a recipe box app operated by Your AI Kitchen at youraikitchen.com. By using it, you agree to them. Questions: support@youraikitchen.com.

Using the app

Your AI Kitchen is for personal use: saving, organizing, scaling, planning and sharing your recipes, directly or through an AI assistant you connect. You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Plans, prices and billing

Your AI Kitchen is a paid subscription service. Current plans, billed monthly in US dollars: Home Cook $2.99/month (up to 250 recipes, with a 14-day free trial), Family $9.47/month (unlimited recipes and one family group with up to 5 members), and Chef $18.99/month (unlimited recipes, several groups with up to 15 invited members in total, and dish photos). Invited members join free: they get unlimited recipes and what the group shares, without a group of their own or dish photos. If the group owner's plan ends, invited members keep free read-only access to their recipes and what was shared. A member who leaves or is removed from their last group, or whose group is closed, keeps read-only access to their own recipes until they choose a plan. Taxes may apply.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Account page; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If a payment fails, the app's tools pause until billing is fixed; your recipes are kept. We will give notice before changing prices for an existing subscription.

Refunds. There are no refunds for partial months. You can cancel anytime from the Account page to stop future charges, and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. This doesn't limit any refund rights the law gives you where you live.

Your recipes are yours

You own the recipes, photos and content you add. You give us only the permission needed to store, display, process and share them as you direct, in order to run the app.

Sharing and your responsibilities

You are responsible for content you add or share, including making sure you have the right to share it. Don't use the app to break the law, infringe others' rights, harass people, send spam, or attack, overload, scrape, or try to break into the service or other people's accounts.

Nutrition and AI content

Nutrition figures are estimates based on USDA data and may be inaccurate. Recipes written or changed by AI assistants, and automatic filing such as diet labels, may contain mistakes. Check ingredients, allergens and cooking temperatures yourself.

Ending accounts

You can cancel your subscription and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for timing). We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.

No warranty and limits of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data. Please keep your own copies of recipes that matter to you.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim. Some places do not allow this kind of limit, so it may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update them here and change the effective date at the top. For material changes that affect paid subscriptions, we will give notice in the app or by email.
